What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment date or pickup date. After pickup date and shipment date you are unable to cancel your purchase. If you need help canceling an order please reach out to email@example.com.
What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?
At this time we cannot accept returns of spirits box. Each month is based off of a different spirit and contains three original recipes with housemade syrups. We encourage our customers to try new flavors if they are unsure about a drink! If you have a box that arrives in poor condition with ingredients broken or missing, please contact us to discuss how we can resolve an issue!
Can I change plans at any time?
You may cancel at anytime prior to pickup date and shipment date. After canceling you may choose another option to purchase. If you need to change account information you may log into your account and change address or information as needed.
